Services / UX/UI Consulting

Research-led design for interfaces people actually use.

Most enterprise software treats design as a finishing layer. We treat it as a strategic input - including the genuinely different work of building bilingual Arabic/English systems.

When this matters

When this matters.

Organizations come to us for UX/UI consulting when:

  • You have software that works, but no one likes using it.
  • You're launching a new product and need it to land well - not just ship.
  • Your engineering team can build, but design isn't a discipline they hold.
  • You need bilingual Arabic/English interfaces that work for both audiences, not just one translated into the other.
  • Your internal tools waste hours of staff time per week - and you've stopped noticing.
What we do

What we actually do.

  • User research. Interviews, observation, and analysis of how people actually use what they have today.
  • UX strategy and information architecture. The structural decisions that make or break an interface, before pixels.
  • Interface design. Web, mobile, and embedded - clean, accessible, and consistent.
  • Design systems. Reusable components and patterns that scale across teams and product lines.
  • Usability testing. Watching real users hit (and fail at) real tasks - so you can fix the right things.
  • Bilingual UX. Arabic RTL is genuinely different from English LTR - not a layout flip. We do this properly.
How we work

How we work.

Our process is Discover, Plan, Build, Stay. For UX/UI engagements, the difference is timing: design starts in Discover, not after the engineering scope is locked.

Design as a strategic input - not a finishing layer - is what separates interfaces people tolerate from interfaces they actually prefer.
